  Every two years, the Festiphoto de Rambouillet organises a festival of nature photography, outdoor and indoor exhibitions. In 2019, about 1050 photos were exhibited in the city, at the Bergerie Nationale and in rooms. In parallel, the Festiphoto organizes a contest whose the jury selects the hundred and then the twenty best photos. These 20 laureates constitute the best of the competition and are printed in large format (1m x 1m) for outdoor exhibitions. This festival also includes conferences and workshops on wildlife awareness. A summer school will complete the 2021 édition, dealing with the theme of biodiversity. Its project is to promote the exchanges between the scientific teams working on this subject (CNRS, INRAE, MNHN, universities), institutes and associations involved in collaborative research (Bergerie Nationale, ONF, LPO, CERF), farmers in transition and naturalist photographers.
