From the Alpes Maritimes, I’ve been out in nature since I was very young, whether in the mountains or at sea, and I’m particularly passionate about marine ecosystems, which I’ve been studying for the last 2 years at the University of Aix-Marseille in the “Licence Mer” program. At the same time, I work for the One Ocean Foundation as a researcher, and am a graduate of CAH 2B.
This summer, I was selected by Seine Grands Lacs for an artistic residency at the Champaubert church, enabling me to explore the lake and the region. During several apnea and scuba dives, I discovered the magic of this lake. Being 20 years old, I started photography two years ago with the aim of combining Art, Science and Exploration, and this residency allowed me to do it.
Exposition
The title of the exhibition came in mind on my first dive: “Green, the color of Life”. Unlike the sea, where everything is blue, here everything is green. Fascinated by this environment, I focused on an underwater vision of the Lake during my artistic residency. This region inspired me a great deal, and in particular reminLe titre de l’exposition m’ est venu à l esprit dès ma première plongée « Vert, couleur de la Vie ».
