  Photographs

As an amateur and enthusiast, the world of photography is part of my rare free time. I was undoubtedly influenced by watching my father develop his analog prints during my childhood. I have always loved the way photography can freeze time and breathe life and emotion into an image. My photos are just a grain of sand among many others, but if they manage, in one way or another, to transport, provoke reflection, or even elicit a shiver, then the mission is accomplished. I don’t have any specific areas of preference. I love photographing my children’s expressions as much as a bride’s radiant smile, or the reflection of the sky in a simple puddle, although I must admit that capturing the gaze of wildlife gives me more thrills.

Exposition

This exhibition, entitled ‘Celestial Feathers,’ is my tribute to the songbirds of our gardens, which I particularly cherish. They are so pleasant and magnificent to observe, just under our eyes. This original series captures birds in flight, using a photographic technique that reveals the subtle traces of their passage. This task proves to be a challenge in the field, especially when these playful little models whirl around in all directions, rarely inclined to cooperate. Hundreds of hours and thousands of shots were necessary to bring this exhibition to life, which I will have the pleasure of introducing to you during the festival.
