Photographs
As an amateur and passionate photographer, the world of photography is one of the few ways I spend my rare free time. I was probably influenced by watching my father develop his film prints during my childhood. I have always loved this way of freezing time and breathing life and emotion into an image.
My photographs are only one grain of sand among many others, but if they manage, in one way or another, to transport the viewer, spark reflection, or even send a shiver down the spine, then the mission is accomplished.
I do not have a favourite field of photography. I enjoy photographing the gaze of my children just as much as the radiant smile of a bride, or the reflection of the sky in a simple puddle — although I must admit that the gaze of the wild gives me the strongest shivers.
Exposition
This exhibition is the culmination of seven years spent in the field, following the tracks of the shadow of the Jura forests: the Eurasian lynx.
Through my images, I invite you to dive into the amber, captivating gaze of this mythical feline. From a young individual to an experienced old male, each encounter tells a fragment of wild life.
You will also be able to discover my book, Lynx, à la rencontre d’un monde sauvage, which marks the conclusion of this long adventure.
A sensitive, artistic and committed invitation to discover — or rediscover — this emblematic animal.
