Founded in 1985, the Association of Breton Wildlife Photographers (APAB) brings together people passionate about wildlife photography.
Spread across the five departments of historical Brittany, the association’s twenty members are committed to regularly sharing the results of their long hours spent in hides. Through exhibitions, publications, and slideshows, they share both their passion and their work.
The ethical principles that unite them have remained unchanged since the association was created.
Exposition
The wildlife photographers’ association invites you on a timeless journey where each image tells a story and each landscape becomes a dialogue between the land, the animal, and the observer. An exhibition celebrating the art of suggestion and the beauty of the fleeting moment.
Here, there are no close-up shots, but inhabited horizons. After four decades of capturing moments and freezing details in time, our lenses now rise; stepping back to see more clearly what truly matters, and to embrace the animal within its natural setting.
