Professional photographer for over 30 years.
Before that, I was already a photographer, just a photographer !
It started very early: with an Instamatic or a Polaroid, the fascination was already there.
From my first jobs, I spent the majority of my salary to buy a reflex camera, lenses and printing equipment. The tiny bathroom in my apartment turns into a black and white lab, and I start exhibiting.
From 2000, the digital revolution brought me new tools and reconciled me with color, on which I can now intervene, and opened up a new dimension in the layout of my “Photo-graphics”
I work on my photos on a graphic tablet with digital brushes and print on matte fine art paper 320g/m
Exposition
Unlike many photographers who claim not to retouch their photos, I allow myself everything.
Like the painter, I claim the right to twist perspectives, exacerbate colors, contrast monotony, energize shapes, remove details, with the aim of creating the space offered to me and translating the emotion of the moment, where a simple photo would only have brought flat realism.
Thus, in landscapes that are part of our daily lives, I see vibrations, rhythms, colors and I recreate abstract or figurative images, through photo-graphics presenting my “Field of Vision”.
