Julie Wintz-Litty was born and lives in the French Alps. She studied at the École nationale supérieure des beaux-arts de Lyon and started her career as illustrator with North-South Books. She loves drawing nature. She is fascinated by its boundless creativity, especially in the animal world! At present, she works in graphic design, in home decoration, and as a book illustrator. She teaches drawing and watercolour painting both for children and adult classes.
Exposition
Julie Wintz-Litty's watercolours are both precise and poetic. A very naturalistic approach, full of scketches, texts and detailed drawings mingle with more minimalist watercolours where afew brushstroke translate the animal's movement. She draws and paints the species she knows best: mountain animals.
