ASCPF - Photographier la Nature Sauvage
France
Photographs
The ASCPF “Photographing Wildlife” has more than one hundred and ten members spread throughout France. It is the ethics and the taste for beautiful animal and nature photography that unite the members of the ASCPF. Since its creation, the ASCPF’s code of conduct has been to “blend into the environment in order to cause as little disturbance as possible, even if it means giving up if this is not the case.” The pursuit of aesthetics, solid notions of photographic technique, a taste for observation, silence and discretion, a good knowledge of the subjects and good physical condition are the guarantees of success for the members of the ASCPF.
Exposition
This year is exceptional for the ASCPF as it celebrates its 70th anniversary. The exhibition, which as usual contains the 30 best photos from 2025, will be complemented by the display of some twenty paintings from the 1950s alongside contemporary images. This second part of the exhibition will highlight the differences in resources and environments between these two eras.
