  Photographs

My photographic approach has grown from a deep personal connection with nature, combining a naturalist perspective with a contemplative way of seeing. It is rooted in patience, careful observation, and a profound respect for the living world, its fragility, and its fleeting beauty.

All of my photographs are taken in my own garden. Over the changing seasons, this familiar place has become a unique space for observation, where time allows my eye to become ever more attentive. Working within such a limited area enables me to develop long-term projects while following nature’s rhythms without disturbing them.

Macro photography is a journey into the hidden world of life, where the smallest details reveal unexpected poetry. It allows me to explore the infinitely small while leaving every subject in its natural environment, respecting its place, its rhythm, and its vulnerability.

Exposition

The Other World is an invitation to cross an invisible boundary and discover a hidden universe that exists beneath our feet: the fascinating world of springtails, with their extraordinary shapes and remarkable behaviours.

This series explores the infinitely small, immersing the viewer in a world where changing scale transforms the way we perceive Life. It invites us to look more closely at what surrounds us and to marvel at a discreet yet essential biodiversity.

I invite you on a journey into another dimension—almost an interstellar one—where every detail becomes a landscape and every encounter a new discovery. Through macro photography, a strange and little-known world emerges, one that often seems almost alien, where nature appears to invent its own extraordinary creatures.
