It all started 1 year ago. 25 talented and renowned nature photographers, men and women, specializing in macro photography and artistic proxiphotography, decided to come together to design a unique collective project. From this collaboration was born the beautiful book “INSPIRATIONS”. In 2023, “INSPIRATIONS” has become an incredible exhibition. The 25 artists: Marie-Hélène Alépée – Thibaut Andrieux – Karine Bernardoux Joannard – Stéphane Boulic Monique Boutolleau – Fabien Bravin – Adrien Coquelle – Thomas Delahaye – Nicolas de Vaulx Fabien Dubessy – Joëlle Feliot – Laurent Fiol – Etienne Francey – Nicolas Frin – Patrick Goujon Emmanuel Graindépice – Sophie Luciani – Olivier Naska – Benoit Outrey – Marc Pihet Carole Reboul – Eddy and François Remy – Bastien Riu – René Rouyer – Thomas Vanderheyden.
Exposition
INSPIRATIONS, inspired by the book of the same name, is an exhibition entirely dedicated to close-up shots from a resolutely artistic angle. A great way to highlight the biodiversity of the fauna and flora of the small world. INSPIRATIONS also means being able to admire 25 artistic visions or photographic signatures on the macro and proxy theme alone. This exhibition illustrates the fact that there are a multitude of possibilities to photograph the small and the tiny. It doesn’t matter whether the subject is “banal” or more “exotic”. Behind the exhibited works, there are 25 inspiring photographers. An exhibition is the encounter between an artist and an audience. Several photographers will be present during the festival to share their passion and discuss with you.
