  Photographs

A self-taught photographer with a long-standing passion for the “little people of the grass”, I try to capture fleeting, magical moments in the vicinity of ponds and streams. The images are all taken in nature, with natural light, sometimes as sharp as a splinter, sometimes as soft as silk.

Exposition

Flaraison”, has he lost his mind? There’s no such word! At least not yet. It’s a union between flare and flower, like those little bubbles of light that bloom in dew-pearled grasses, or spread over water. La fontaine aux flaraisons is a little journey, both aquatic and luminous, around a watering hole: La fontaine Marie-Rose. It’s reached from the charming village of Grans, in Provence, along the banks of the Touloubre river. Between the grasses and rushes, between the shadows and the drops of light dancing on the surface of the water like fireflies, there exists a small world, where winged fairies and tightrope-walking arachnids share control of a micro-territory.
