Photographs
Contemplative of wildlife, we take a real pleasure in watching animals evolve in their natural environment.
We have learned to enter their discreet lives and discovered the true joy of observing the wild in harmony with its surroundings.
The camera has become the instrument of our emotion, and it is not uncommon for blurred images to reflect the intensity of the moment.
Successful images are not there to make you feel good, but to relive, as a shared connection, that moment of life the animal offered us.
True happiness lies in capturing its image in its intimacy, while having let it live undisturbed.
Exposition
Rarely featured in wildlife exhibitions, the wild boar (Sus scrofa) is a fascinating and endlessly rewarding photographic subject.
Often misunderstood and considered not particularly photogenic, its social behavior, (it’s usually grumpy), and liveliness offer, when one manages to overcome its natural wariness, intense moments of observation and action-packed images, in every season.
This exhibition is the result of ten years of exploration and wandering through the open forests of northeastern France, and of hundreds of hours spent in hides, in all weather conditions.
