Driven by the desire to make the general public more aware of the problems of endangered species, I’ve set myself the goal of going out to meet them over the last thirty years. From land to sea, my travels have led me to collaborate with agencies involved in the environment and to take part in various scientific missions for the identification and census of marine and terrestrial species. When I return to France, I share my experience and exchange ideas with as many people as possible at conferences and exhibitions: an essential step in raising awareness of environmental issues.
Exposition
With this exhibition, I invite you to follow me to the heart of East Africa (Rwanda and Uganda) on the slopes of the Virunga Mountains, the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest and the rainforests of Uganda to discover the lords of these places: the mountain gorilla (Gorilla beringei beringei) and the chimpanzee (Pan troglodytes schweinfurthii)
In these lush, impenetrable forests, these quiet forces reveal a little more about their daily lives.
