L’odyssée bleue

The Blue Odyssey retraces my wanderings across the planet, discovering the pelagic animals that inhabit our oceans. It proposes a different approach of underwater fauna, a look that could almost be described as "underwater minimalism", insofar as no decor and very few colors disturb the attention, o the contrary of reef photos which emphasize the exuberance of the corals and the fauna that reside there. Here I invite the viewers to immerse themselves and get enveloped by this deep blue that stretches as far as the eye can see in all directions, just as I was when I took these photographs. And since nothing distracts the attention, now only the animals and their attitudes count: the glances of course, fleeting or insistent, but also the movements barely sketched and frozen by the camera, all those little details which instantly reveal their nature of predator or prey and condition the interaction that will result...
